I joined Spring by Amaze as a Senior Design Manager, initially overseeing a team of three designers. My team eventually grew to nearly ten designers, including overseas contractors. My role was pivotal in managing and executing creative projects that significantly impacted the brand and its clients.

Developed custom apparel designs for apparel, accessories, digital campaigns, and websites, aligning with the brand’s vision and influencer requirements.
