Background
I joined Spring by Amaze as a contract designer and was later promoted to Design Manager. I led a growing team of nearly 10 designers and illustrators across the U.S., London, and the Philippines. Our team delivered high-impact visual assets for global creators and campaigns, playing a critical role in scaling creative services across hundreds of products and brands.
My Role
Managed an internal team of graphic designers and illustrators supporting top creators and global brands
Worked on branded campaigns with clients like Hooters, Outlaw Music Festival (ft. Willie Nelson), and Tosh.0, offering direction and visual QA during the review phase
While I did not create the merchandise art, I provided visual feedback and helped set up streamlined design templates to bridge communication between clients, artists, and account managers
Collaborated with marketing leads, including the VP of Marketing, to launch creator campaigns across social, email, and eCommerce
Provided creative support for high-profile influencers including Jake Paul, PewDiePie, and Moriah Elizabeth
Oversaw design execution for apparel, accessories, digital campaigns, and eCommerce storefronts, ensuring alignment with each creator’s brand
My Impact
Streamlined creative workflows with automated templates and weekly standups, cutting production timelines from weeks to days—a 95% improvement in efficiency
Executed over 100+ creative projects across 180+ product SKUs available on Spring
Contributed to over $250K+ in campaign value, directly impacting revenue and client retention
Success from Spring Managed Creators kicked off the Teespring Marketplace initiative—built the live Webflow site featuring top creators and brand showcases, accessible via https://teespring.com/
This inspired the build of Teespring Marketplace
