Background
Bullhorn.FM is a startup under the CarrierX umbrella, where I was assigned to manage the Bullhorn initiative due to my role as Director at FreeConferenceCall. I was introduced to the project as part of my responsibilities within CarrierX.
My Role
Served as Senior Design Manager and Visual Designer for the brand’s launch and growth.
Oversaw branding, UX/UI, and visual direction for mobile and web apps.
Led the design and delivery of Bullhorn’s Live Interaction Studio feature
Directed a cross-functional design team, collaborating with engineering, product, and marketing.
Created marketing assets from scratch, including email campaigns, landing pages, and print collateral for events and promotions.
My Impact
Achieved a 4.5 app rating and 30,000 downloads during my tenure, launching the web player and significant mobile updates based on user feedback.
Led the team to launch key updates and functions, including branding and marketing efforts, and developed custom marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, and print graphics, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
Managed the creation of tradeshow booths and collateral for several podcast-related events, like Podcast Movement, attracting tens of thousands of attendees and generating major leads in the podcasting space.
